ONE-DAY REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR SSM11   :

NOW CLOSED: REGISTRATION FEE FOR FULL SSM11 PROGRAM (8 days)  :

  • CAD $400 / person until May 15 (early bird special)
  • CAD $500 / person after May 15 (regular registration)

Registration fee includes : Presentation material, conference place & equipment, registration to Industrial Symposium, internet access, welcome cocktail, lunch and health breaks.

Please note that the fees above do not include local taxes (~15%) which will be charged at registration.

An invoice will be issued upon reception of your registration. Program fees must be paid in full before admission to SSM11.

ACCOMMODATION

Participants from outside Montreal are invited to make their own arrangements for lodging during SSM11. Please note that rooms may be more difficult to book at the last minute at a good rate for the weekend of June 7-9 because it is the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend in Montreal. Several options are available within walking distance of SSM11 venue, including:

PARTICIPATION

A certificate of participation will be awarded to participants who complete the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SSM11 organizers are not responsible for participant travel to and from Montreal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds: registration fees are fully refundable until May 8th 2019, then 50% refundable until May 31st 2019. No refund after May 31st 2019.

SSM11 organization reserves the right to cancel the Summer School on Medicines 2019. If the program is cancelled, SSM11’s liability is limited to a refund of the program fees already paid.
